Malaika Arora is once again making headlines in the midst of speculations surrounding her relationship with 33-year-old Harsh Mehta. The speculation had begun right after the two were spotted together at Enrique Iglesias’ Mumbai concert on October 29, interacting pretty often and later leaving the venue together. Neither Malaika nor Harsh has publicly addressed the rumors so far, but their recent appearances have heightened public curiosity.

The buzz continued on November 26 when Malaika was spotted at Mumbai airport, followed by Harsh. Though they did not walk together, paparazzi clicked Harsh coming out of the terminal within a minute or two after Malaika. While Malaika went first to her car and within minutes, Harsh reportedly boarded the same car. This created fresh talks of dating. Harsh, whose face was partially hidden with a mask, kept up a low profile amidst flashing cameras. Reports say Harsh is a diamond merchant, but he has mostly remained away from the limelight.

The fans have been keeping a close eye on Malaika’s interactions with Harsh since the Enrique Iglesias concert. During the concert, Malaika had turned several heads in her all-white fitted tank top with maroon piping, paired with brown trousers and a sleek white belt. She was seen dancing and cheering, blowing flying kisses towards the stage as Harsh kept close company, prompting speculation that maybe she has found love once again after splitting with Arjun Kapoor.

On the professional front, Malaika remains busy. She recently appeared in a dance number in Thamma, starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna, and is currently judging the latest season of India’s Got Talent, along with Navjot Singh Siddhu and singer Shaan, hosted by Haarsh Limbachiyaa.

After what feels like an eternity, the fifth and final season of Stranger Things has finally rolled out, carrying with it a surprise in its wake: the inclusion of Linda Hamilton in an electrifying new role. Best known for her iconic portrayal as Sarah Connor in Terminator, Hamilton assumes the role this season of Dr. Kay, a mysterious, imposing government agent whose presence instantly recalibrates the tone of the story.

Hamilton isn’t the first high-profile guest star to join the series. Past seasons have seen memorable turns from Sean Astin, Robert Englund, and Cary Elwes. Her presence echoes elements of Dr. Martin Brenner’s character, but without any of the paternal warmth—or manipulation—that made Brenner such a complex figure.

“She’s hyper-intelligent and intimidating,” co-creator Matt Duffer explained in an interview with Empire. “She’s a scientist, but if she needs to, she can get into a fight and shoot a gun.” This combination of intellect and force makes Dr. Kay an especially dangerous wildcard, particularly as her sights begin to fall on Eleven. Unlike Brenner, whose warped sense of attachment complicated his authority over her, Dr. Kay regards Eleven purely as an asset-“a weapon that needs to be acquired,” the Duffers noted. That stark detachment makes her an immediate antagonist for Mike and the rest of the group.

It’s finally here: Season 5 has landed after three long years, and the fans have wasted no time diving into the first four episodes, which dropped on November 26. The new season gets off to a relatively quiet start, with the core cast trying to put together what happened after Holly Wheeler’s abduction by a Demogorgon and Eleven’s dogged attempts to track the creature. Hopper then joins the rescue mission, only for the team to become trapped in the Upside Down-a crisis compounded by the looming threat of Vecna breaking into the real world.

While the early episodes are full of tension and speculation, the momentum picks up dramatically once Dr. Kay is introduced into the narrative. Eddie Munson’s time on Stranger Things lasted only a single season, but his presence has lingered far beyond his final moments on screen. Introduced in Season 4 as the metal-loving, misunderstood leader of the Hellfire Club, Eddie landed instantly with viewers. His charisma, outsider charm, and unwavering loyalty turned him into one of the show’s most memorable characters in record time. So when the season closed with Eddie sacrificing himself in the Upside Down-guitar screaming, Demobats closing in-his death struck fans harder than anyone anticipated.

But one question just wouldn’t cool down: Will Eddie return for Season 5? Despite the clarity of his onscreen death, fans continued combing for loopholes, clues, and any shred of hope the beloved character might reappear in some form.

Joseph Quinn, who brought Eddie to life, hasn’t helped settle the debate. At a 2024 convention, a fan asked directly whether he would be back for the final season. Quinn kept things vague, offering only a teasing, “I don’t know,” enough to fuel speculation rather than silence it.

The Duffer Brothers have been much less coy, though. In interviews, including one with Elle Magazine, they’ve made it clear time and again that Eddie won’t be back as a living character. His death, they said, wasn’t just on purpose but necessary to the emotional architecture of Season 4. Eddie was always written to fulfill the heart-wrenching pattern of the show: the noble outsider who steps into danger knowing the risks and doesn’t make it out.

Matt Duffer further explained to Time that killing Eddie was a wrenching choice, mirroring a similarly painful decision when they killed Bob Newby in Season 2. Eddie’s fate was sealed long before cameras started rolling. Chrissy dying in Eddie’s trailer closed off any hope of a clean future for him. Even if he had survived the Upside Down, Hawkins would not have forgiven him. “His story was always going to be a tragic one,” Duffer explained. “Even if he were to live, it would have been a tragic end for him.”

Still, fans cling to a smaller, more realistic hope-not resurrection, but remembrance. A flashback, a dream, a fleeting moment-something that honors Eddie’s place in the story without undermining its narrative weight. The show has used such devices before, making the possibility feel faint but not far-fetched. With Stranger Things Season 5 coming in three parts—four episodes on November 26, three on December 25, and the series finale on December 31—the wait won’t be long before fans find out if the Duffers do grant Eddie Munson one final bow.

Set in Kanpur, the story opens with a discovery: the brutal murder of the rich and influential Bansal family inside their mansion. Jatil Yadav is summoned to piece together this case-a case that catapults him into a cat-and-mouse game involving political power, deceit, blind faith, and closets full of dark secrets. Each suspect in this world has something to hide, and each revelation seems only to deepen the shadows surrounding the case.
