Originally scheduled to hit theatres in March 2026, the film will now release on August 21, 2026. The announcement was made by the production house, SLV Cinemas, through their official Instagram handle, where they shared a new poster confirming the revised date.
The delay has left fans disappointed, especially since many were eagerly waiting for promotional updates, including songs and teasers. For months, there had been speculation that the film might not make its March 26, 2026 release. However, the makers had previously dismissed such rumours and reassured audiences that the film would arrive as planned. In fact, they had even posted a video reaffirming the March release date.
Earlier, while wishing director Odela Srikanth on his birthday, the team shared a heartfelt message describing him as “Introvert and calm by nature, extremely passionate and expressive on the sets,” and confirmed the film’s multilingual release in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, English, and Spanish. At that time, everything seemed firmly on track.
Now, with the release moved to August, fans are hoping the additional time will enhance the film’s overall impact. Reports suggest that the promotional campaign is set to begin soon. According to media buzz, the makers are planning to release the film’s first song in February 2026 as part of the buildup to its theatrical debut.
