Mira Kapoor, entrepreneur and founder of Dhun Wellness, recently appeared in a video shared on the brand’s official social media page, where she answered seven rapid-fire questions about her approach to health and self-care in 2026.
Dhun Wellness, a luxury urban wellness venture helmed by Kapoor, has positioned itself as a holistic space that combines modern therapies with mindful living. In the video, Kapoor offered a glimpse into her personal philosophy and everyday practices.
When asked what wellness means to her in 2026, she responded, “Choosing life, not chasing it,” suggesting a shift away from constant hustle towards intentional living. The answer reflects a broader trend in wellness that prioritises balance over burnout. On the topic of trends, Kapoor said lymphatic drainage is one practice she believes should continue into 2026. The therapy, which is designed to support circulation and detoxification, has gained popularity in recent years among wellness enthusiasts.
She also addressed what she feels people tend to overcomplicate. “Eating. It’s so simple. Eat with the sun, even if it’s intermittent fasting,” she said, advocating for aligning meals with natural daylight cycles — a principle rooted in circadian rhythm-based nutrition. Beyond structured routines, Kapoor highlighted the importance of family time. Her preferred way to unwind on a Sunday is “brunch with my kids,” underscoring a balance between personal wellbeing and home life.
Among practices she recommends everyone try at least once is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), a tapping-based method often used for stress relief and emotional regulation. Calling it “underrated but so powerful,” Kapoor pointed to its growing relevance in mental wellness conversations.

When it comes to Dhun Wellness itself, Kapoor named the red light room as her favourite space at the centre. As for treatments, her go-to options are “Sculpt” and the red light bed, both of which are designed to support recovery and rejuvenation.
Through the Q&A, Kapoor offered insight into both her personal habits and the ethos behind Dhun Wellness.
