Actor Karan Tacker recently spoke about the emotional weight of shooting a pivotal scene in Bhay: The Gaurav Tiwari Mystery, revealing how the experience pushed him to tap into emotions he had never explored before. The actor took to Instagram to share a series of behind-the-scenes images from the set. The first photo shows him with realistic injury marks and stitched wounds, followed by visuals of him lying on a medical gurney. Bare-chested and covered in detailed prosthetic injuries, the images highlight the physical and emotional intensity of the sequence.
Karan Tacker On Feeling An Emotion In A Scene
While sharing a still from the scene, Karan reflected on how it compelled him to imagine a life ending far too soon and the people left behind. In his caption, Karan wrote, “This scene introduced me to an emotion I didn’t know how to access. Imagining a life cut short, and the people you leave behind it just stays with you.”
He added that the feeling lingered long after the shoot wrapped up, giving him an unsettling yet deeply moving understanding of mortality. “It offered me a new, unsettling, yet profound perspective on death,” he wrote, while also thanking makeup artist Shashank D for the prosthetics that made the experience feel strikingly real.

The show also stars Kalki Koechlin and is inspired by the mysterious real-life death of Gaurav Tiwari, India’s first certified paranormal investigator. The series blends supernatural investigations with a journalist’s search for truth, exploring themes of belief, reality, and the unknown.
