The stage is set for the ultimate battle between Vecna and the people of Hawkins. The makers of Stranger Things have dropped the official trailer for Volume 1 of the fifth season, making the wait for the final chapter even harder. The final season will be released in third parts on Netflix. As fans dissect every frame, we take a closer look at the trailer and try to decode the biggest moments.
Volume 1, comprising four episodes, picks up where Season 4 ended. Hawkins is struggling to cope with its new and terrifying reality after Vecna tore open the Rift. The town is now under heavy military surveillance, with checkpoints at every turn and residents living in fear.
The trailer opens with fan favourite duo Steve and Dustin seated in a car on an empty Hawkins street. They’re planning something, and as the camera zooms out, we spot an antenna fixed to the car’s roof. Dustin appears to be injured.
We then see the heroes of Hawkins uniting for one final mission, to kill Vecna, come what may. The core group, Dustin, Mike, Lucas and Will hurdle together as they sketch out their strategy. Dustin says, “I wanna see Vecna’s heart on a platter.” Later, Mike discusses their plan with the others, which he describes as ‘a bit insane.’
The fast-paced montages in the trailer feature high-octane action sequences as the group executes their plan. We also see Robin teaming up with Murray Bauman, an unexpected but exciting collaboration. The Demogorgons and Demo dogs appear stronger, faster and far more aggressive.
Another standout moment features Steve driving straight into the Upside Down with Nancy, Jonathan and Dustin. Despite concern from the others, our boy Steve Harrington pushes the vehicle through the Rift. Finally, Eleven, who regained her powers in the last two episodes of the previous season, is seen returning at full force. She is on the battlefield with Jim Hopper by her side.
The first volume of Stranger Things season 5 will be released on Netflix on November 27, followed by the second volume on December 26 and the final volume on January 1, 2026.

Veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan mourned the loss of his dear friend and legendary actor, Dharmendra. The latter breathed his last at the age of 89 after suffering from health-related issues. He was cremated at the Pawan Hans Crematorium on November 24 and several celebrities, including Amitabh Bachchan and his Abhishek Bachchan had come to pay their last respects.
Dharmendra’s Sholay co-star penned an emotional note on his blog and recalled their bond. Big B shared, “…another valiant Giant has left us .. left the arena .. leaving behind a silence with an unbearable sound ..Dharamji .. the epitome of greatness, ever linked not only for his renowned physical presence, but for the largeness of his heart, and its most endearing simplicity. He brought with him the earthiness of the village in Punjab he came from, and remained true to its temperament un soiled throughout his glorious career, in a fraternity that witnessed changes every decade .. …the fraternity underwent changes .. not him.”
He concluded by writing, “His smile, his charm and his warmth, extending to all that came in his vicinity .. a rarity in the profession, the air about us swings vacant, a vacuum that shall ever remain vacuus..prayers.”
Amitabh Bachchan and Dharmendra shared the screen in several films like Sholay, Chupke Chupke, Ram Balram and Dost among others. Notably, his last film, Ikkis, stars Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda along with Jaideep Ahlawat and others.
Dharmendra made his debut in 1960 and quickly became a superstar. He was known for his versatility, mastering roles from the romantic hero to the tough action star. His career boasts over 300 films, many of which are considered classics today. Dharmendra is survived by his wife, actress Hema Malini, his first wife Prakash Kaur, and his children, including actors Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol, and daughters Esha Deol and Ahana Deol.

Hublot is redefining the iced-out timepiece with a winterized version of its Big Bang Unico. Featuring a 42mm case crafted entirely from transparent sapphire, the limited-edition luxury watch is like an ice sculpture for the wrist that won’t melt or scratch, thanks to its unmatched hardness and scratch resistance.
At its heart is the UNICO movement HUB1280, an in-house movement protected by five patents covering its dual oscillating horizontal clutches, anti-trembling system, a zero-friction ratchet wheel blocker, a constant-pressure minute wheel friction system and a balance wheel fine adjustment mechanism. For this especially seasonal edition, the oscillating weight visible through the caseback is shaped like a snowflake, and it comes with interchangeable white and ice-blue rubber-lined calfskin straps.

The release comes in the 20th anniversary year of the Hublot Big Bang, which helped redefine the luxury watch category upon introduction in 2005 by combining traditional precious metals with ceramics and natural rubber. The flagship Big Bang collection’s veneration came immediately; a white ceramic and titanium example won that year’s coveted Design Prize at the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève.
(Hublot)
In 2010, the Big Bang Unico expanded Hublot’s prestige with its first self-winding chronograph movement featuring a flyback function, which allows the chronograph to be instantly reset and restarted with a single push of the button, rather than requiring the traditional three steps (stop, reset, restart).
Priced at $75,000 and limited to just 30 examples, the Hublot Big Bang Unico Sapphire is available upon inquiry. A more affordable variant limited to 200 examples, featuring a titanium and ceramic case, is also available to purchase outright for $26,300.
Tate McRae is sticking it to the man who “had it and lost it” in her music video for “Nobody’s Girl.” The low-fi video features multiple angel-winged McRaes singing as they gaze into the camera, along with a brief appearance from a group of dancers that undulate with fluid, almost kaleidoscope-like choreography.
While the video features blurry lenses and abstract imagery that’s open to interpretation, the lyrics are straightforward: McRae is trying to navigate love (and a breakup) while living the good life that comes with pop stardom.
“And when I ask, the angels sing / They say, ‘Real love doesn’t clip your wings’ / I love love and affection and fancy things,” she sings. “But I think I like me more / And when I cry, gotta wonder why.” She ends the bridge with, “When one closes, the universe opens a new door.” The chorus is even more explicit: “I am nobody’s girl, I love it so much / It’s exactly what I wanted, oh / “I am nobody’s girl, does it mess you up / “That you had it, and you lost it?”
It’s widely suspected that the the inquiry is intended for fellow singer The Kid Laroi, whom she dated in early 2024 and recorded the duet “I Know Love” with. Shortly after, she spoke to Timeabout what it’s like to end a publicly scrutinized relationship for the first time. “It’s weird, for sure,” McRae says of seeing headlines about her love life. “I’m also experiencing it for the first time, like, intensely. I’ve never had this before.”
As Rolling Stonepoints out, the “Nobody’s Girl” music video arrived simultaneously with the deluxe edition of So Close To What, which adds four previously unreleased tracks to McRae’s third album: “Trying on Shoes,” “Anything but Love,” “Nobody’s Girl,” and “Horseshoe.
“We had a few more songs that I wanted to share with y’all to close out the SC2W era,” McRae wrote on Instagram as she announced the revisit and its new cover. “I can’t wait for you to hear.” Check out the “Nobody’s Girl” music video and So Close to What deluxe edition track list below:

Guns N’ Roses will hit the road once again in 2026, launching a sprawling spring and summer tour that will take the rock giants across Mexico, Brazil, Europe, the United States and Canada. The run follows their extensive 2025 world tour, which marked the band’s return to Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America. The 31-date 2026 trek includes a milestone moment: a headlining show at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Calif., marking the band’s first performance at the iconic venue in more than three decades.
North American fans can join the Guns N’ Roses Artist Presale beginning on Dec. 3. The tour will also feature an array of VIP packages in North America, offering premium seats, backstage tours, access to a pre-show lounge and limited-edition merchandise. Coinciding with the Nightrain Fan Club presale, the band will release two new songs, “Nothin” and “Atlas,” on Dec. 2 through Geffen Records. The tracks mark Guns N’ Roses’ first new music since 2023 and follow recent additions “The General” and “Perhaps,” expanding the catalog fueling their live setlists.
(Guns N’ Roses)
The tour announcement comes shortly after the release of the deluxe Live Era ’87–’93 box set, a limited-edition collection featuring remastered audio and new artwork. Though the box set documents the band’s early years, its release highlights the group’s ongoing status as one of hard rock’s most enduring live acts. Guns N’ Roses will begin the 2026 tour with festival dates in Mexico and Brazil before heading to Europe for shows in Poland, Ireland, the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and France. The band will then return to North America for a wide-ranging stadium and amphitheater run through the U.S. and Canada.

Smriti Mandhana was meant to have one of the most beautiful moments of her life when she was about to marry singer Palash Muchchal on November 25 (Sunday). However, the festivities were cut short when the top Indian batter’s father fell ill. The entire groom’s family has now returned to Mumbai from Sangli, as Palash also needed to be admitted to the hospital. The mother of the groom has finally disclosed the reason behind her son’s hospital stay and broken her silence over the potential date of the postponed wedding.
What did Palash’s mother say?
Palash Muchchal’s mother, Amita, told Hindustan Times that her son chose to delay the wedding ceremonies since he was very close to Smriti’s father.
Palash ko uncle se bahut zyada attachment hai Smriti se zyada yeh dono close hain. Jab unko hogaya toh Smriti se phele Palash ne decision liya ke usko abhi phere nahi karne jab tak uncle thik nahi ho jaate (Palash is extremely attached to Smriti’s father The two of them are even closer than Smriti is with him. When he fell ill, it was Palash, before Smriti, who decided that they should not go ahead with the wedding rituals until he gets better),” she said.
Palash’s mother drops hint about…
Amita further disclosed that Palash Muchchal had to spend four hours in the hospital due to prolonged crying. “Since haldi was done, we didn’t let him go outside. Rote rote ek dum tabiyat karab ho gai. 4 ghante hospital mein rakhna padha. IV drip chadi, ECG hua aur dosre tests hoye. Sab normal aaye but stress bahut hai,” she said.
“We have got Palash back to Mumbai now. He is feeling better and resting now But stress is there His sister Palak has also left Sangli and coming to be with him,” she added.
But she has stated that the wedding would happen very soon. “Everything will be fine…shaadi bohot jaldi hogi.”
“Queerness and class are incredibly important to me,” the actor and writer tells THR, also discussing his hope of bringing the BBC series to the U.S. and doing more exciting work in the future.
