On a misty Monday morning, the film fraternity woke up to the reports of Samantha Ruth Prabhu and filmmaker Raj Nidimoru getting married. Amid these reports, by afternoon, the actress herself announced the wedding news on her social media handle including putting up the fabulous pictures. While Samantha’s timeline was flooded with congratulatory messages, stylist Pallavi shared details about the actress’s wedding outfits for the big day.

‘Personal, emotional, and deeply meaningful’
The stylist states that Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s marriage day holds a very special place in her heart. A friend, confidant, guide and one of her greatest inspirations, Samantha has been a part of the stylist’s life for over 15 years. According to Pallavi, the actress brings out a version of her she’s always grateful for. The bonding she shares with the actress drove her to describe what went into designing the actress’s wedding outfit. “Dressing her never feels like work, it feels personal, emotional, and deeply meaningful.”

Samantha’s outfit is rooted in belief and culture
Pallavi believes that her team has captured the emotion and the heart of the moments effortlessly and with grace. Samantha looked radiant in a red saree adorned with intricate zari work, paired with jewellery And when it came to creating Samantha’s outfit, she collaborated with Arpita Mehta. For the artwork on the blouse, they wanted something deeply meaningful, and she trusted artist Jayati Bose’s powerful vision of bringing an outfit that was rooted in belief and culture – a Tree of Life, adorned with the third eye of the Devi. Protective, symbolic, and perfect in every way.”

On the other hand, Raj Nidimoru perfectly complemented Samantha in a white kurta layered with a beige jacket. His look had to be simple, understated, and quietly elegant. Fashion designer Tarun Tahiliani and his team created ‘new and meaningful’ for us. “I chose gold for Raj because he is gold — pure gold. “Thangam,” as they say in Tamil.”
