Anu also spoke about the role of yoga and discipline in her recovery. She said practices like mindful living, staying connected to nature, and having faith in a higher power helped her a lot. She described her recovery as something that felt almost magical, thanks to her consistent efforts and belief.

She also mentioned how following natural cycles and spiritual practices, especially during festivals like Navratri, helped her feel more balanced and peaceful. For her, holistic healing became the foundation of her life after the accident.
