However, Sreenivas later clarified that the gathering was not an engagement ceremony but simply a family announcement about their relationship.
The event was attended by a small group of relatives and a few colleagues from the film industry. For the occasion, the couple chose coordinated pastel outfits that reflected the low-key nature of the gathering. Kavya Reddy wore an embellished saree paired with traditional jewellery, while Sreenivas opted for a simple kurta. Photos from the ceremony quickly gained traction online, with fans and followers expressing curiosity about the nature of the celebration.
Addressing the speculation, Sreenivas took to the social media platform Instagram to share a message dedicated to Kavya. In the post, he spoke about how their relationship developed and expressed gratitude for her presence in his life. Referring to her affectionately, he wrote that life’s timing had brought them together and thanked her for bringing positivity and happiness into his world.
